A number of programs air on RadioTBO, including Classical and World Music. Its weekday programming is fairly consistent. On Mondays and Fridays, the channel airs a one-hour show in the 6-7 p.m. hour. In the mornings, Saroja Coelho hosts Mornings, followed by the classical music show Tempo. On Sundays, Tom Allen hosts About Time, and later in the day, the show Drive is hosted by Rich Terfry.

The bulletins are typically three minutes in length, but can sometimes run as long as five minutes. Broadcasts take place at 06:00, 07:00, and 08:00 on weekdays. Weekends and holidays feature extended five-minute bulletins. Whether you want local information or international news, RadioTBO offers something for everyone. In addition to the news, you can also listen to sports events, weather, and local talent.

The judging process of the show takes place in two stages. On the first stage, three established musicians choose their favourite act, followed by the public voting for the final four. In the second phase, the judges and public vote on the five artists. The three judges then announce the winners, which will be broadcast live on RadioTBO. In addition to these finals, the station features shows by established performers. It also broadcasts music from independent artists, including newcomers and old favourites.
